The Barbados Independent Film Festival (BIFF) is in its second edition, highlighting the work of filmmakers, producers and actors from around the world. The Festival provides a platform for independent films that embrace the power of storytelling to inform, inspire and entertain.
During its six-day run, the Festival will program feature films and shorts that celebrate the power of resilience and humankind’s ability to overcome adversity.
Jury-selected filmmakers enjoy complimentary accommodations and access to the Festival’s gala and special events. Special filmmaker excursions will also showcase the island’s incredible history, beauty, culture and leisure activities.

The Festival will host an array of special events, all set within tropical and lush settings across the island.
I haven't been to a first year festival with this much going for it - hospitality towards filmmakers, quality programming & venues, good attendance, and gracious staff & organizers. Looking forward to future editions and hopefully seeing the festival continue to grow.Noah LangFilmmaker
